Sales Representative - Removal Business (Singapore)

We are a multinational moving company that was founded in the 1990s. In line with our business expansion, we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in the removal business division. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients who require home removal and international relocation. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in need of home removal services for international relocation.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our business services.

Conduct of On-Site survey and company introduction upon customers’ request.

Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of the removal process and timely delivery of services.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.

Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to international removals.

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development.
Requirements:

Tertiary education in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the logistics or removal industry.

Strong understanding of the international removal market, including knowledge of customs regulations, documentation requirements, and logistics processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

Results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
